I know that you cannot resist the deliciousness of this cookie! I couldn't either . . . hence, it is now eaten. It was so pretty I had to take pictures of it. Mmmm . . . the soft, homemade snickerdoodles with just the right amount of cinnamon on top, and a scoop of sweet pecan ice cream. I can still taste it . . .
